It was thus ultra advanced fiber optic broadband or the more famously known BT "Infinity" packages that started to greatly slow down one fine evening. The BT forum had an over flow of customers commenting angrily and wanting to know as to the reason behind the slowdown of their infinity packages. They stated as of how this was a "technical fault" which resulted in the problem. They spoke that it was taken care of and normal internet speeds have resumed back. But the BT didn’t t quite reveal as to why this slow down of broadband had taken place.
All across the country between 6pm and midnight the internet speed went down from the regularly 25-35Mbit/s to a lowly 2Mbit/s. the firm in the mean while got to know of the problem through its forum or for that matter even individual complaints coming in from users widely. The fibre-to-the-cabinet and VDSL2+ technology up gradation is being taking place everywhere. This in turn allows users to get download speeds worth a much as 40Mbit/s.
But then one may as well remember that when compared with its cheapest Total Broadband package, this superfast broadband speed as being provided by the company is again a good forty percent more expensive. A subscriber may as well download as much as three hundred GB in a month, any more than that and the great speed of 25-35Mbit/s will come down to a much lesser 2Mbit/s.
